This includes running the credit check, collecting the rent, paying the rental tax, checking on the appearance and maintenance of the property and just adding that personal responsibility to make sure you get the most return on your investment. You will get an itemized statement each month and direct deposit could be available both for you and the tenant. I work with Avondale, Tolleson, Surprise, Goodyear, Laveen and surrounding areas.
